Design according to the characteristics of pallet packaging and its weight, determine the type, specification and size of the pallet, as well as the single support load and stacking height (usually the single pallet weight is less than 2000kg), and determine the span, depth and layer spacing of the unit rack. Finally, determine the height of the rack according to the effective height of the lower edge of the warehouse roof truss and the maximum fork height of the forklift. Generally, the span of heavy duty racking is within 4m, the depth is within 1.5m, the shelf height of low and high-level warehouses is within 12M, and the racking height of super high-level warehouses is within 30m (most of these warehouses are automated warehouses, and the total height of the system consists of several sections of columns within 12m).
